Viewing Review Comments for a Plan of Care in AuthorSpace

You can see review comments for a plan of care. All comments posted by the owning author are sorted to the top of the comments display in the 2 feedback panes on the right of the Content Reviewer screen. Comments posted by any other users appear under them.

To view review comments for a plan of care, complete the following steps:

1. In the content list, select a plan of care with a Review status and then click the Review link.

   The Content Reviewer opens and is divided into 3 panes. The left pane displays the proposed content for the plan of care, and the right pane displays 2 feedback panes. The top feedback pane is the Item Comments pane, and it displays an area for review comments that apply to a specific item. The bottom feedback pane is the General Feedback pane, and it displays an area for general review comments that apply to the entire plan of care. Use scroll bars in each pane to view all the information. Click the gray divider line between the panes and drag the line either up or down to resize any of the panes.

   By default, comments with an inactive status are hidden, and the Show/Hide Hidden Comments changes to Show Hidden Comments.

2. Click the Show Hidden Comments link to display the hidden comments. The Show Hidden Comments link is changed to Hide Hidden Comments.

You can also view general review comments in the Plan of Care Reviews section in the Content Manager.
