Content Tab

Select the Content tab to access a tree-view structure of the Our Content folders. Depending on permissions, you can delete content as well as add, rename, or reorganize the folders that store customized content. This tab allows you to view all folders, content, and deleted material in one localized area.

There is no limit to the number of folder levels that can be added. Levels can go as deep as necessary.

The Content View drop-down list provides the following options:

• Content (default) displays all the content in Our Content.
• Folders Only displays the folders under Our Content.
• Content + Deleted Content displays the folder and content information. In addition, the Deleted Content is displayed at the bottom.

  Administrators can view and navigate all screens in the Environment Manager. The screens that non-administrator users are able to view and navigate depend on assigned permissions.
