If an image, textbox, or
text (label) appears only on the first or last page, the space reserved
for that item will appear as white space on any middle pages.
If you want text to appear
only on the first or last page, use the Label function.
Autopopulated information,
such as date/time information, must display on every page and cannot
be used with the Label functionality.
If you designate an item
to appear only on the first or last page but the order set or plan of
care is only 1 page, the item will appear on the page.
Items designated to appear
only on middle pages will not appear on the first, last, or only page.
For example, if you designate an item to appear only on the middle page
but the order set or plan of care is only 1 or 2 pages long, the item
will not appear on the page(s).
