Structured Content Report

Click Reports on Demand to generate the Structured Content Report, which is more commonly and currently known as Order Set Validation (OSV) or Plan of Care Validation Reports.

Once you arrive at the Reports on Demand page, you have the option to see more information about how you might use the report as well as the detailed fields that are in the report. You can also see the expected time for delivery of the report.
