Adding Zynx.com to Trusted Site List

Add https://www.zynx.com to the trusted site list to avoid issues that may occur when trying to print or export content. Exports to XML, RTF, etc., may get blocked if https://www.zynx.com is not on the trusted site list.

In addition, AuthorSpace users should ensure proper functioning of their paper-based order sets and plans of care by also adding https://pdf.zynx.com to the trusted site list:

1. Select Tools > Internet Options from the Internet Explorer menu bar to open the Internet Options dialog box.
2. Click the Security tab.
3. In the Select a zone to view or change security settings area, click the Trusted sites icon.
4. Click Sites.
5. Type https://www.zynx.com in the Add this website to the zone box.
6. Click the Add button.
7. Click the Close button to close the Trusted Sites dialog box.
8. Click the OK button to close the Internet Options dialog box.
