Setting Automatic Prompting for File Downloads to Enable

AuthorSpace users should ensure proper functioning of file downloads from within the application:

  1. Select Tools > Internet Options from the Internet Explorer menu bar to open the Internet Options dialog box.
  2. Click the Security tab.
  3. In the Select a zone to view or change security settings area, click the Trusted sites icon. Note: Please be sure to complete steps for Adding Zynx.com to Trusted Site List first.
  4. Click Custom level… button.

  1. Set Automatic prompting for file downloads to Enable.

  1. Click OK.
