Viewing User Profiles

To view user profiles, complete the following steps:

  1. On the Users tab, select a name and click the View button to open the User Profile screen.
    The User Profile screen shows the profile for the selected user, including name, user name, status, and assigned access privileges for working with teams and vocabularies.
    The Teams section shows the content teams that the user is assigned to, as well as the user’s access privileges for each team.
  2. To modify the existing information (such as name, title, address, phone number, organization, and e-mail address) of the user or to add new information, click the Edit button to open the Edit User screen. See Editing User Profiles.
