Searching for a Catalog Term

To search for terms in the Zynx, Custom, or Zynx + Custom catalog, complete the following steps:

  1. Populate any of the following fields by selecting the appropriate values from these drop-down lists: Catalog, Content, Category, Type, Term Type, or Status.
  2. Type the term in the Term Name field.

    NOTE

    To perform a search, you must either select a Term Type or type at least 2 characters in the Term Name field.

    If you specify Custom Catalog and Med Type, you will not be able to select a Term Type, so you must type at least 2 characters in the Term Name field.

  3. Click the Search button.
    The system returns catalog terms using the criteria that you specify. Use the links at the bottom of the screen to page through the results.

    NOTE

    Administrators can view and navigate all screens in the Environment Manager.

    The screens that non-administrator users are able to view and navigate depend on assigned permissions.
