Editing a Workspace

On the Workspaces screen, click the Edit link next to a checked-out workspace, or click the Check Out link to check out the workspace to display the following screen.

In the information area, you can modify the name or description. If the workspace is built from a template, the template name appears in this area. The template name cannot be modified.

• Click the Preview Workspace link to preview the workspace. Default values will appear in the preview.
• Click the Update button to apply any changes to the Name and Description fields.

In the Workspace fields area, a list of WDFs for the workspace is displayed.

• You can edit WDFs. See Modifying a WDF.
• You can delete the WDFs. See Removing Workspaces or WDFs.
• You can add WDFs. See Adding a WDF to a Workspace.

  Administrators can view and navigate all screens in the Environment Manager. The screens that non-administrator users are able to view and navigate depend on assigned permissions.
