To assign terms to a workspace,
complete the following steps:
On the Workspaces screen, click a workspace and then
click the Map Terms link.
Select the Map By Term tab at the top of the screen.
Select a type from
the Type drop-down list, or populate
the Search Text field.
Click the Search button. The results are displayed in
the list box.
In
the results list, click one or more terms to select them. Click the Map button to map the term(s) to the workspace
selected in step 1. Select the Unmap Term
tab to unmap the term and workspace.
Click the Close button.
Administrators
can view and navigate all screens in the Environment Manager.
The screens that non-administrator
users are able to view and navigate depend on assigned permissions.
