Mapping All Existing Terms in a Term Type to a Workspace

To assign a term type to a workspace, complete the following steps:

  1. On the Workspace screen, click a workspace and then click the Map Terms button.
  2. Select the Map By Type button at the top of the screen. Select a type from the Select Type drop-down list. Click the Map button.
  3. Click the Close button.

When terms are added to a term type in the future, those terms will not be mapped to the workspace automatically. You must manually map the new terms to the workspace.

NOTE

Administrators can view and navigate all screens in the Environment Manager.

The screens that non-administrator users are able to view and navigate depend on assigned permissions.
