Content That Requires Attention

Whenever you edit and check in a workspace or map/unmap terms, the system will automatically verify that content is not affected elsewhere. If content is affected, a dialog box will appear, asking if you want to delete or edit the workspace. If you click OK, a list of content affected by the change will be displayed. The content will not be automatically changed, so you must open each piece of content and resolve the issues manually. Click the Content menu and then navigate to the affected order set or plan of care, which will be marked by a red triangle (). When you open the order set or plan of care, the line items requiring attention will be highlighted in red.

A change to an orderable item with details does not generate an alert unless the new orderable is associated with a differerent workspace.
