Using the My Dashboard Calendar

Users can view tasks and milestones within a calendar in a daily, weekly, or monthly format. The user can filter the Calendar view to display or hide tasks and/or milestones.

The Calendar displays all the tasks that are assigned to the user, delegated to the user, or assigned by the user, and all the milestones for content that the user has edit rights to. The task is displayed on the calendar day corresponding to the task due date, and the milestone is displayed on the calendar day corresponding to the milestone target date.

Tasks and milestones without due dates will not be displayed on the Calendar.

Tasks are created in the Work Queue. See Creating a Task in the Work Queue. Milestones are created and managed in the Milestones Tab of the Environment Manager by users with appropriate permissions.
