Uploading PDF File

You can use the Upload PDF functionality to edit the following types of PDFs in the HTML Editor:

• a single PDF originally created in AuthorSpace
• a single converted PDF (AuthorSpace 1.7 HTML order set converted to AuthorSpace PDF)

This functionality allows you to make additional formatting changes to an order set or plan of care.

To upload a PDF, complete the following steps:

1. Click Upload PDF File.
2. Click Browse to navigate to and select a PDF file originally published from AuthorSpace.
3. Click the Upload button.

   When uploading AuthorSpace 1.7 HTML (converted to PDF) and AuthorSpace PDF files, the print template settings used to create the document are still applied.

4. In the HTML Editor, edit the PDF as necessary and save the changes.
5. Post the modified order set or plan of care to the intranet.
