Generating a Vocabulary Report

You can generate a report that shows how the terms in your local vocabulary are linked to terms in the Zynx catalog. To generate this report, complete the following steps:

1. From the Vocabulary Manager Home screen, click any hyperlinked local Vocabulary Names to go to the Vocabulary Details screen. To retrieve a list of vocabulary terms and associated details in the bottom half of the screen, see Viewing Vocabulary Details.
2. To generate a report displaying details about the vocabulary items that appear in the bottom half of the screen, click the Report button. A dialog box appears asking whether you want to open or save the file.
3. To open the report, click the Open button. Otherwise click the Save button to save it and open it later.

   The report opens as an Excel spreadsheet, displaying details such as the external vocabulary term, term type, external ID, and status. If the external vocabulary term is linked to a Zynx term, the Zynx description, pivot ID, and status are also displayed.
