Deleting a Task in the Work Queue
Only requesters may delete tasks.
To delete a task, complete the
following steps:
- Click My Dashboard from the Main
Menu on the AuthorSpace main screen.
- Click Work Queue from the My Dashboard pane.
- Select a task and
then click Delete at the top of the
screen. The task is deleted from the system and removed from the Work
Queues of the requester and assignee. If any e-mail notifications were
selected for that task, an e-mail is sent indicating that the task was
deleted.
- You can also delete a task
from the Work Queue area of the Content Manager. Select the order set
or plan of care from the content list and click the Manage
link. Select the task in the Work Queue area and click the
Delete link.
