Users Tab

The Users tab displays a list of users from the local environment in alphabetical order by last name.

From the Users tab, perform the following tasks:

• Managing Environment Users: Select a name and click the Manage button to open the Manage Users screen, where you can add or remove environment members. Environment members have access to AuthorSpace.
• Viewing User Profiles: Select a name and click the View button to open the User Profile screen.
• Editing User Profiles: Select a name and click the Edit button to open the Edit User screen, where you can modify user profiles and add e-mail addresses for environment users. Please note that e-mail addresses are required for all users.

  Click the e-mail address link to compose an e-mail message to the user.

  Administrators can view and navigate all screens in the Environment Manager. The screens that non-administrator users are able to view and navigate depend on assigned permissions.
