Working in the Environment Manager

Click the Environment link from the Control Panel located on the AuthorSpace main screen to open the Environment Manager. The Environment Manager consists of 8 tabs:

• Users. (See Users Tab.)
• Teams. (See Teams Tab.)
• Content. (See Content Tab.)
• Print Template. (See Print Template Tab.)
• Milestones. (See Milestones Tab.)
• Catalog. (See Catalog Tab.)
• Integration. (See Integration Tab.)
• Workspaces. (See Workspaces Tab.)

The Environment Manager allows administrators as well as non-administrators with appropriate permission to set up and maintain application users, user permissions, teams, and team access privileges within an environment. The name of the environment appears in the bottom left of the screen.

Administrators can view and navigate all screens in the Environment Manager. The screens that non-administrator users are able to view and navigate depend on assigned permissions.
