Terminology Monitor is a sortable, filterable Excel document, available as a link from the What's New page in AuthorSpace. This document details all new, modified, and inactivated Zynx catalog terms since June 2012. It is searchable and filterable by content type, PIVOT ID, and term description. The Terminology Monitor consists of 3 tabs (ie, New, Changed, Inactivated) and includes the following column headers:
The Terminology Monitor can be used to add or map new terms to your catalog, to review changed terms for compliance with your policies, and/or to consider the impact of newly inactivated terms on your content and decide whether to replace or remap.
