My Dashboard

Click My Dashboard to display the Dashboard Home screen where users track tasks and milestones via a Calendar view or Work Queue view.

The Dashboard Home screen displays the My Dashboard pane in the upper left-hand corner. Click any of the links in the My Dashboard pane to access the following views:

• Dashboard Home: Click to display the Dashboard Home screen showing a split-screen view of the Calendar and Work Queue.
• Calendar: Click to display a full-screen view of the Calendar. The Calendar shows task and milestone due dates in a daily, weekly, or monthly view. See Using the My Dashboard Calendar.
• Work Queue: Click to display a full-screen view of the Work Queue, which shows a list of tasks associated with a user. See Using the My Dashboard Work Queue.

  An “assignee” is the AuthorSpace user who has been assigned a task. A “requester” is the AuthorSpace user who creates a task. A “delegate” is the AuthorSpace user to whom all tasks have been forwarded by another AuthorSpace user. The delegate retains the same access to a task as the assignee. An AuthorSpace “administrator,” who has the role of Environment Manager, can view and edit all tasks in the environment.
