Using the My Dashboard Work Queue

The My Dashboard Work Queue shows a list of tasks associated with the user.

The Work Queue area on the Content Manager screen includes all tasks associated with a particular order set or plan of care for users with the role of assignee, requester, or delegate. There is one Work Queue per user. See Working With Tasks for an Order Set in the Content Manager Work Queue and Working With Tasks for a Plan of Care in the Content Manager Work Queue.

A task is a unit of work assigned to a user, and is generally associated with an order set or plan of care.

Sort the My Dashboard Work Queue by clicking on the desired column heading. Click once to sort in ascending order, and click a second time to sort in descending order.
