Working With Tasks for a Plan of Care in the Content Manager Work Queue

Tasks associated with plans of care can be viewed, edited, deleted, and added in the Work Queue area of the Content Manager.

The Work Queue lists all tasks associated with the selected content regardless of whether the user is the requester or the assignee. For each task, the Work Queue includes the subject, priority, status, due date, who the task is assigned to, who requested the task, and if applicable, who the task was delegated to.

Click any of the following links under Work Queue to access this functionality:

• Edit: To edit a task, click the Edit link. See Viewing/Editing a Task in the My Dashboard Work Queue.
• Add: To add another task, click the Add link. See Creating a Task in the Work Queue.
• Delete: To delete a task, select the task and click the Delete link. Only requesters may delete tasks. See Deleting a Task in the Work Queue.
