Linking Catalog Terms

After a local vocabulary is imported, use the Link Catalog Terms screen to link the vocabulary terms to catalog terms (Zynx terms or custom terms). Only local vocabularies can be linked to catalog terms. Vendor vocabularies cannot be linked to Zynx terms.

The following is true for export files:

• One vocabulary term can be linked to multiple catalog terms.
• One catalog term can be linked to only one vocabulary term.

From the Vocabulary Details screen, you can link several vocabulary terms at a time by using the Link Catalog Terms link, or you can link one term at time by using the Map link. See Linking Several Vocabulary Terms at a Time and Linking One Vocabulary Term at a Time.
