Working With Vocabularies

The Zynx content is expressed in an internal vocabulary that is developed and maintained by Zynx personnel. The collection of this internal vocabulary is referred to as the Zynx Catalog.

Since hospitals and vendors often develop and maintain their own external vocabulary, they need a way to link their external vocabularies to the equivalent Zynx term so that they can create custom content using their vocabulary. The Vocabularies link provides this functionality. You can add or import your external vocabulary and then link the Zynx Catalog term to the equivalent term in the external vocabulary.

The screens that users are able to view and navigate depend on assigned user permissions.
